Assassin's Creed 1000/1000 Club
So after a whole week of collecting the 420 flags and assassinating the 60 Templars, I finally got my final achievements today. 
Who else got all of them?

Did you use the ACmaps maps to help or stab/ian videos or both? (I have my 1k thanks to the help here )
I did the same thing!
I used ACmaps and Stabguy36's Youtube videos of the Kingdom. I got everything on my first search but I somehow missed 3 Templars in the Kingdom. I must have missed a video or not payed close enough attention... I ended up using the Kingdom map and found all 3 in roughly the same area.
So overall, a great game. Definitely couldn't have gotten 1000/1000 without the maps/videos, though. I recommend them to anyone that might want to find the flags/Templars.

I didn't used the AC Maps, although I was tempted a lot of times. Most of them were found because I guess I'm incredibly lucky, but then after I cheked the page I regreted every moment of the three months playing AC to find those stupid flags around Syria.

Are there achievements for AC for PS3? I thought I read somewhere that there wasn't. I have just recently started playing AC and now I am hooked but my hubby won't by me AC2 until I beat 1 
So I need to know if there are any achievements, and I am in the process of killing the fake Robert now.
No trophies or achievements for AC1.

Yeah if only I could kill her, I just can't seem to get my timing down to get her or when I am just about to tag her another gaurd hits me and throws my timing out of wack UGH!!!!!!
don't forget to keep running if you get too many guards..find the save citizen allies to help slow them down a bit if need be or fight from the roof if you need some extra help.
Use Vigilantes if you can find them, and when they hold the guards, unlock, switch to Hidden Blade (Up on D-Pad) and stab the dudes in the back while the Vigilantes are holding them. They won't be able to hold the 'fake' Robert, so you have to run away from her while stabbing her Templar brethren in the middle spinal section of their back.
EDIT: You might die once in Arsuf before you get the hang of it. Grab and throw is your FRIEND.
Just got my 1000/1000 a little bit ago. Which is sad, since I've had the game since launch.
But, I put off collecting flags and killing Templar - I've had the flag Achievement for Masyaf for a while, but the other 400 flags and the 60 Templar I got last night and today.
I got the 1000G on AC too. I really enjoyed killing templars and collecting flags. But seriously, i wouldn't done that if i owned the game on PS3 or PC.
