This thread is going to be updated with more and more info, and if other TheHiddenBlade members approach me with information of their own, it'll be discussed and Edited into this main post.
Let's just get into it. New Assassin's Creed games don't offer as much room for creativity as the older ones but there might be opportunities for interesting gameplay in their Main Assassinations. Unity has received much love and work from Aurel, and he's pretty much Synchronized with a great deal of the creative ways to play that game.
I was wondering if anything similar might be able to happen for Syndicate. I've been doing my Non-Lethal/Target Only speedrun series for Syndicate, and I only have two videos left: the two Assassinations from the Jack the Ripper DLC. They're coming soon, I just bought AC Chronicles India and once I monkey around with that game for a bit I'll go back and do what I need to do on those two Assassinations.
Now, aside from that, I immediately foresaw a bit of a problem when looking at Syndicate's Assassinations, a problem that seems to have begun in Unity, but wasn't as harsh in that game as it was in this one. Most of the Targets in Syndicate are indoors. On top of that, they are also in places that are covered up within those indoor areas. This makes any kind of Aerial shenanigans difficult. They are still possible in most Assassinations, but are limited. There are some that are completely impossible.
Aerial maneuvers or approaches are not the be-all, end-all of Assassin's Creed creativity, but they open up like, approximately 50% of it. That's a lot.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate [Core Game]
Assassin's Creed Syndicate [Jack the Ripper DLC]
Assassin's Creed Syndicate [The Darkest Hour]
For now, that's it.
