Trick question. In ACB, I think ALL the paintings were by Raphael. I could be wrong though.
EDIT - Below added after looking it up.
All of these are by Raphael:
Is that all of them?
You win, Phi. Actually, they're all by Raphael.
EDIT: You're right, too, Cheese but Phi was there first.
Give me some time to come up with a non-Googleable one.
What are the version numbers of the animus in all games?
I'll take the easy guess....
AC: Animus
AC2: Animus 2.0
ACB: Animus 2.1
ACR: umm.. At the end of B, they threw Desmond back into the Animus 2.1... but the interface for us, the player was different... so 2.2
AC3: Aniumus 3.0?
Again, just the easy guess here.
Nope.
Dang. I bet I am wrong with 1.0.
Animus 1.0 was likely in the 1980s, at the beginning of the project.
I think I'm right with 2.0 and 3.0... I think ACR is 2.03... that makes ACB 2.02? and AC2 2.01?... wait... is the Animus in AC2 just 2.0... and the one in the van at the end of AC2 = 2.01? A mobile version? Then ACB is 2.02? ACR 2.03? I think I remember seeing 2.03 on some loading screens in ACR. And Rebecca calls her baby "2.0" at the beginning of AC2.
Just gotta figure out Animus 1.X in AC1... if 1.0 was in the 80s, 1985 on Daniel Cross... then one new version a year puts them at around 1.27... but I have no idea what the R&D timeline for upgrades at Abstergo is.

I think this qualifies as thinking aloud via typing.
I believe the animus in AC1 was just animus, the one in AC2 was animus 2.0, and the ones in the other games were animus two point something.
Animus in game one is 1.32 if I recall correctly. Anyway, that question was clearly way too hard. Here's another:
In Assassin's Creed 2, when is Ezio first insulted in conversation, and with what phrase? In Italian, of course.
I think when Christina's father says, "Figlio de carne, what is this?" But then again I would consider the first time he is insulted to be when Vieri tells him his family is the one who calls for the guards.
Had to try to look it up... AC wiki says 1.28... who knows if they're right though...
Unless Ezio's mom has some words for him in delivery, it's gotta be Vieri on the bridge. He throws a rock at him and says something like, "Enough of your nonsense, stupid/idiot!" I think the Italian word he uses is "grullo." No idea on the whole phrase in Italian though.

followed by: "She seemed quite satisfied with the 'handling' I gave her last night." haha
finally thought of a good question, so i hope i was right with my previous answer.
Cheese was right on both accounts. I asked a question I couldn't even answer myself, lol.
Yeah, Vieri says "Enough of your nonsense, grullo!" "Grullo" being the insult in Italian.
What is Claudia's birthday?
Okay, fine.
Approximately, what is Claudia's birthday?
Early january.
Early january.
Yep. The beginning of Brotherhood takes place early January 1500. I thought it was January 1, 1500 (which would have made her birthday Jan 2) ... but upon watching Fed's speedrun, the beginning of that sequence only says "January 1500" and not "January 1 1500."
Yay.
What was the name of Cristina's husband and how does Ezio save him from certain death?
Good question! No idea on the name... but I do know the second half of that question... I'll wait for others to have a chance.
Time to revive this slightly old topic.
His name is Manfredo.
I don't really know how to answer the second half of the question and I can't think of a new one, so go ahead, McStab.
MANFREDO! Thanks!
Manfredo has a gambling debt and Ezio kills the people to whom he owes money. (The first time he saves his life).
Ezio then "saves" Manfredo's life from Ezio, in a way... Ezio holds Manfredo off the ledge of the bridge and asks him if he really loves Cristina. He then brings him back onto the bridge... saving his life again... if you count that.

Spoiler: Highlight to viewkilling his father.
Why, the only two Frenchmen in the history of the world that didn't give up at the first sign of a struggle: Stephane Chapeau and the Marquis de Lafayette. Granted, I did just finish this mission on Sunday, so it's mostly fresh on my mind.
On a semi-related note, I hope that when you were sending your assassins out on missions to gain experience, you made sure to ALWAYS send Stephane to Quebec like I did.
I'll try to think of a question, but if someone else has one at the ready, go ahead.

If you insist. There are a few landmarks in AC: brotherhood with "Aurel" in them. Name one.
Porta Aurelia?
I am going to wait for you to give me the other names though. Gives me time to think of a question as well.
Is that the name of that one bridge, the one where you hand over the chest when you're disguised as Luigi? If so, that was one of them. The other was the name of the aquaducts that you renovate. Forgot the exact name, haven't played in a while.
I think Porta Aurelia was a gate, but whatever.
Here's my question:
Where are the words an' letters?
Pickpocket mission in Acre's poor district, in the abandoned souk. Them words an' letters are on the paper you steal.
Here's an easy question: In AC:R, what was the name of the ottoman spy in cappadocia, and what was the name of the spy you need to save from Shakulu?
Dilara & Janos, right?
Anyone else got a challenging question? I find it hard to devise one.
How much does the merchant charge Ezio for the stolen painting of Sofia Sartor?
I think 200 acke (is that how you write it?) but I'm not sure
No, it's more expensive.
250? 500? I have no idea
Still more expensive.
Well, I have no idea, so i'll just ask a new question: what is the code for the door in abstergo, when Desmond and Lucy escape? (When you need to press any key to turn on eagle vision, and then desmond presses different combinations)
Wait up, my question has to be solved first.
950 acke!
The code is 4723 I believe.
I thought so too, but it ain't right
I can remember the 4 buttons with fingerprints all over, those were:
upper middle, upper right, middle left and lower left.
So the numbers are right, just not the order.
I'm gonna say 2-3-4-7.
As you said, the numbers are right, the order is almost
What was Altair's mother's name, and when did she die?
What was Altair's mother's name, and when did she die?
Lisa Murphy, still alive. Those assassins got their long life genes from somewhere.

HA HA HA HA! Yes, it's true. If anyone says differently, it's a Templar plot.
