The Creed says that you should not kill who does not need to be, so i've started to play by the rule that i should kill as few people as possible. now i don't can't record it so I'll just write down the ones i kill.
so there will be no Vigilantes, scholars or dead body distractions when possible.
no interrogations or informant that need blood either
Memory block 1: Solomons Temple
one necessary guard in the Temple, he was a tutorial thing.
i don't count the guy in the first cutscene, and it doesn't seem like you can kill any fewer or more.
1
Memory block 2: Masyaf and Tamir, Damascus
I run through the templar fight in Masyaf and skip them all. i don't count the falling wodden logs.
3 Guards whit a scholar outside damascus walls that's neccessary as a tutorial.
Tamir and a quick bloodless escape
3
Memory Block 3: Garnier De Naplouse, Acre
no one before the hospital.
To enter the hospital i chose not to use scholars, or dead body distraction. but to climb up on the roof of the fortress, avoid all the guards and climb down again. then i go by Stabguys guide and take him from above close to patient 6 and then out the broken window
1
Memory Block 3: Talal, Jerusalem
No guards were seriously hurt, the chase however was not an good as Stabguy's or Ian's but it got done with an okey escape
1
Memory Block 4: Abu'l Nuqoud, Damascus
I used Stabguys guide and jumped him from the pole above his head, the funny part was that 2 archers shot him in the stomach trying to get to me when i was behind him.
The dead body distraction for the front guard is unnecessary. just jump over the fence.

Memory Block 4: William De Montferrat, Acre
my favorite target, he is well protected and it was a bit difficult, but i walked in the frontdoor to avoid the archers to see me. as close as i could get to his room i climbed up a ladder, and quickly jumped in a roof garden.
afterwards it took both speed and timing. three archers are nearby. go when they are all lokking away. jump to Williams roof and air assassinate.
quickly climb up and do a runnung bump on the 2 archers on the way to the fortress wall.
there is a pile of hay in the guard tower that i used to get anonymous, and then another pile underneath that i jumped in to get out, yhen it's just the normal stroll to the Bureau.
although i got caught by a templar and had to run away but William was the only one who got a hole in his throath

Memory Block 4: Majd Addin, Jerusalem
i did as you tipped me, take the buildings on the right, off course i had to hide behind a chimney from an archer.
i jumped from the roof and stabbed him, although not as beatutiful as you guys.
then it was simply run back up, knock over the archer and jump down to the pile of hay, surprisingly that worked to hide me.
i'm not so good at the return, i seem to get caught and have to run around until i can find a hidingplace without killing anyone.
1
Memory Block 5: Jubair, Damascus
easy one. off course i had to check the guide to see which one he was, but the actual kill was easy from the roof, just avoid the archers
then climb back up and run and hide.
1
Memory Block 5: Sibrand, Acre
i start the killby going across some boats on south, because the path is blocked by soldiers. move on to the wall
there is a small boat close to the back off his ship by the wall, it has a drunkard on it and an archer on a wodden tower.
jump to the poles but not to far or the archer will know to soon, the timing must be good. it's not as tight as some of the others but still.
when Sibrand starts screaming and the archer looks anpther way, jump the last pole and climb up the ship and jump him.
the exit is more difficult casue the closest gate is blocked and so is the land-path to the other gate. jump some ships, and on to a wodden walkway.
keep an eye out for guards and more importantly the drunks. they can be a bitch if you can't kill them

Memory Block 6: Fake Robert (Maria), Jerusalem
I am especially proud of this one. i decided to skip the chase and i fought right there and then.
during the cutscene i placed myself as close to Maria as i could and when the cutscene ended i quickly ran into her and tripped her.
i tapped X numerous times but for some reason it didn't work and she got up again.
so i grabbed her and threw her in to the wall where she fell and then cut in to her.
after the Blue corridor i simply ran away quickly up to some roofs and then jumped to a pile of hay.
followed by a careful walk to the bureau.
no deaths. yay

Memory Block 6: real Robert, Arsuf
i tried to run away from all the groups but there is a blue wall between them all so i have to fight them all.
first come 3 archers standing on the cliff. i kill 2 and the wall disappears.
then climb over a wodden tower and a group of 7 arab swordsmen and 1 archer follow.
6 of those swordsmen die from Friendly Fire, mostly from the archer and i won't count them in. i kill 1 person by counter throw.
then comes another group af arabs and an archer on a natural bridge who take out most of them by Friend Fire, i kill 1 by counter throw again.
then comes 3 arabs that i run past but they probably followed me to the next group of maybe 25 people.
i try to kill the "high chieftans" first. i kill 20 when i notice the blue wall is gone. that part could probably have been done better if i noticed that the blue wall disappeared earlier
over a wodden tower and in to a european patrol. same scenario as before, i kill 11 people and move onward to De Sable
Now it is Roberts turn, after the cutscene i quickly choose the hidden blade and jump on his back. i'm surprised that it actually looked better than your attempt Stabby.
Total kill for Arsuf: 36
Memory Block 7: Al Mualim, Masyaf
first we have a group of assassins, i count to 9. all are killed,
then a new group. to many to count. the time when rescue comes seems to be either based on time or where you stand, i don't know which one, so i don't kill anyone of those.
The nine targets come back to life and death once again.
when Al Mualim makes copys of himself i instantly use eagle vision and make sure only the real one dies. followed by the "real" real one
20
Total bodycount of: 67
Nice! I like how this was partially a walkthrough of what to do.
i have too say though, the hardest part was not the actual assassinations but the investigations and more than that, getting the view points up to find the investigations.
the guards are not happy to see me on the roof, and then i have to run.
At Arsuf, you might be able to skip most of the fights using the jumping momentum glitch to get out of bounds. You even got your horse there, which makes doing it easier. But I haven't tested it myself. Also, this game is so picky with the objective triggers that you might get stuck later if it works.
Good job with this by the way. I enjoy pacifist runs.
I enjoy pacifist runs.
You'll love what I do then
that's not a pacifist run, you did a punching bag run.
the pacifist way is to not get in the fight at all when possible, and ignore the rest/run away.
i already agreed that you're not killing them, don't push it.
I thought pacifists were people that don't approve of weapons, is it violence in general as well? I mean, I guess my fists are lethal weapons and my arms have been mistaken for guns in the past, but still...
Pacifists don't like violence in general.
Well, it's a great idea The creed says "Don't take the life of an innocent" so in my mind innocent's are civilians, scholars, vigilanties. I leave them be to get on with what they are doing. To restrict yourself to only killing the lowest amount of guards seems silly, as there is more risk of you becoming exposed should one spot you. Now, that's not to say that I go bananas and take out every guard in the kingdom, but only the ones that I can see will obstruct my progress.
I think you have had great success with this new method however and with all due respect I won't in-cooperate it into my strategy.
Beat up people on the street for money and then mug everyone else including guards. Just remember not to kill them
