Assassinate all 10 Templars in Acre. Templar numbers refer these maps.
It's straightforward to stealth assassinate all of these Templars. For example, you can drop behind Middle #2 from the top of the higher wall. I chose to use frontal air assassinations to increase the "in your face" factor.
