Here is a full list of the game's moves and skills, sorted by when Ezio acquires them.

Keep in mind that some skills may be used before "learning" them in a particular mission. The order of this list is based on the point at which Ezio can first use the skill, not when he receives official instruction.

This isn't the fastest way to kill Stefano. But it sure is fun. Dismount over the disguised guards to avoid detection. One guard was bowled over by the horse during the dismount. Since Ezio wasn't on the horse at the time of the collision, he remains Anonymous afterward.

Bernardo is very cautious. He'll start running if he sees you at all. The leap of faith makes it easy to rapidly enter the courtyard stealthily. Approach from behind to avoid detection.

If you go to the Animus Desktop and into Options and Stats it shows your overall synchronization as a percentage.

It seems like you should be able to climb up the tower behind Vieri de' Pazzi and his two bodyguards without being detected. Alas, the game forces Ezio to the Exposed state as soon as he reaches the top.

The goal for this video was to quickly get behind Vieri and to not fight any of his men - just him. I experimented with the new Taunting move. Notice how none of the other men attack as Ezio repeatedly Taunts Vieri.

After I had my fun Taunting Vieri de' Pazzi, I finished him off with a Hidden Blade counter.

The first assassination is part of the tutorial in Assassin's Creed 2. You are required to remain Anonymous or else it's total desynchronization and you start over. Regardless of how you approach Uberto, he will spot Ezio and say, "You.." Don't panic and run away. Just assassinate him quickly from the front.
