1.ok so if you had 20 seconds to chose between altair and ezio to save from being killed by 100 templars who would it be????

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Rick's nihilistic outlook, which

Altair.

Ezio has his killstreak method. He's taken out about that many at once at least a couple of times in his life. Altair never learned that method. Everyone would fall asleep because he'd just be standing there for 3 hours waiting for someone to attack.

Altaïr can also take the offensive to the ennemy. That's a shame his other techniques are quickly forgotten when the counter attack ability is restored. He is as capable as Ezio to survive an assault of dozens of Templars, and without this h4x0r attack that is the killstreak.

I actually liked mixing up the defensive and offensive attacks Altair had. It's a shame they took out the offensive hits in AC2. Now that game was strictly defensive when it came to fighting, unless you just mashed buttons. That's sloppy, to me.

Yeah, I don't really understand the premise. I'm supposed to save Altaïr or Ezio from Templars? Those guys are like Templar killing machines! The safest place for me to stand would be in between Altaïr and Ezio. Glasses The only way I could help would be to clear the battlefield of dead bodies.

You won't even feel the blade.

And would it be the more challenging Knights Templar from AC1 or just Templar guards from Ezio's period?

He didn't specify if it was money or something else. Could be a bunch of mousepads he's offering. Tongue

I've always been "anti-money". Sure, I use it to get by, but I never spoil myself, except for a few times when I shared something with someone.

It's just sad to me that we as a civilization have devolved into putting material things before the lives of others. And I'm not saying EA is like this, but anyone who'd consider saying "yes" to this offer. It's just paper and minerals found in the earth, that of which has no real value compared to life.

Let's see who wants to say "yes" now, huh? Yeah. That's what I thought!

I would absolutely, without question, say yes.

Just kidding, Joey Wink A few million pounds would be rather nice but I certainly wouldn't kill 3 people for it (maybe one though) Evil

So I'm the only one?

Like I said, it depends on the person. If they deserve to die, then, yes, I would accept. I'd try, but I don't know if I could.

Looks like it. I wouldn't worry though. I can certainly see why someone might do it (especially to someone who 'deserves' it) but I would personally choose not to.

But if the devil DID exist, what would you do? It doesn't matter if you believe in it or not. Wink

Since the devil always puts a negative twist on these things, I wouldn't do it. I have enough connections to at least help me get a well-off life by the time I'm 30.

This was answered over two thousand years ago.

Mt 16:26 "For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"

2. I would kill 3 people for free, as long as i didnt get caught. so i would kill for money but only for sure if i got away.

3. sure, there is no devil or god, saying you believe in that is like saying you believe altair and Ezio are real.

But he didn't imply if one idea is right or wrong. That's where the line is drawn.

Phi (the guy with all the numbers) just stated that he didn"t believe it and still played the game. Your comment said it like it was a proven fact. If something can't be proven on either end, then all ideas are theory. That goes for radical believers and radical non-believers and everything in between.

That's the whole point of this post. Theoretical circumstances.

Seriously, guys. It's just phrasing. I have been in a LOT of forum debates. Like, a huge-ass number. It has taught me to phrase my stuff differently to avoid such petty conflicts.

Also, Assassinguy23, your first post was alright. We all say things without realizing how they hurt other people (just look what I did in the Last Human Being to Retort Shall Claim Victory!-thread), but you should've apologized after that, because it was in fact hurtful.
And this is coming from one of the most convinced atheists on this planet.

No here really cares what others believe, but if you're in everyone's face about it, that's a different story. That's my rule, at least. If everyone kept subjects like these to themselves, we'd all have 10x more friends.

Can anyone else think of a new scenario or is it just EA's responsibility?

What would you do if you got overpaid at work? This actually happened to me so I'm interested to see what would others would do.

In my case, I let them know and put it back in the till (I get paid cash in hand) because it was £20 (which is a lot for me as it's just a Saturday job).

If it's a big business and it's not more than $500 over my average pay bi-weekly, I'll leave it be, and if they ask me why I didn't say anything, I'll tell them I never looked at it out of habit and expect their payroll members to do the job right.

But if it was several thousands of dollars, I'd let them know.

Yeah I think that's what I'd do. I work at a local shop and, although £20 isn't really that much to them, it is to me (I earn about £40-£60 a week) and it seemed too much just to take.

I would probably interfere if someone was getting beaten up. If the attacker was much bigger than me I'd ask someone else for help or just call the police.

Two people fighting each other is a bit different. Me and my friend broke up a fight between two Year 7 pupils (we were Year 11 prefects so felt obliged to do so) but if it was two adults I'd probably just leave them to it. You can all too easily end up getting hurt yourself.

See, this "karmic moment" has a (slightly) interesting dimension to it. It would never cross my mind for an instant that I could step in and help, except as part of a group. Women can never take a chance like that.

That makes me sad. I read somewhere that the measure of a society's civilization is how safe women are while out in public, even when wearing all their finery.

I guess we fall pretty short.
