I wonder what that looked like from your co-op partner's point of view.

Just throwing this out here, but it might be related to walking on a beam that connects to a medium high wall. If arno can't climb the wall from the beam, he will do some goofy animations and that's when I think it happens. Can't verify anything as these places are hard to find.

I was thinking that aswell. Its tricking the game into thinking you are walking on a beam. I don't think it should be long until someone finds out a way to do it.

I tried some research today and I noticed the glitch should happen at the top of a roof, at the angle between slopes. Arno tends to jump when crossing that line, and depending on the slope, it could be considered as a beam by the game. Something similar has happened to one of my viewers but he was on coop mission as well.

Anyway, I still got an "air standing glitch", due to (forced) lag, and actually game breaking since you have to quitout/travel to stop it:

I had a "falling but not falling" glitch yesterday. Arms flailing, legs flailing, Arno suspended in mid air. Had to fast travel to fix.

yes, it was that animation, but was outside suspended in mid air neat the top of the Bastille... under one of the ropes that connects two sides together.

Pat's is closer to mine, it was under one of those.

My FAVORITE glitch I neglected to record. It was when Joey was lockpicking in my game and the game moved his character model like 10 feet to the left of the door... but his hands were still at the door... so his forearms were stretched out like 10 feet while he was lockpicking... If only I had gotten that one....

I've seen a couple of videos of that glitch. Man, that looks so weird.
