The Trickster Part 1
In this mission you don't run into the Trickster until the end, in which she escapes. However there is a workaround. When following the Romanie have a guard attack you to get her off the intended path. You'll want to grab the guard since the Romanie has very limited health. Then take a detour to the end of the mission (it's near a bridge). The Trickster is there, arguing with a group of Romanies. She's invincible to being attacked, so use grab-move to place her on some nearby stairs. Then go about two hundred and fifty meters away, which causes the stairs to disappear since the game can't model them from that far away. Make sure you're still dragging the guard. Don't get rid of him just yet, as that will cause you to desynch with "ally lost". Drag him to where your recruit is waiting to throw a smoke bomb, and after killing him continue as usual on the mission. Now when you reach the end the Trickster is gone, having fallen through under the stairs. She doesn't even appear for the scene.

The Trickster Part 2
I decided to show the fast way to reach the target during this mission. After reaching a certain area Ezio informs his recruit the Trickster has been there. After that go directly west to reach the target, who happens to be in the same area as Duccio.

There is no Spoon
Just like in Part 1 make the Trickster fall into water. But it's a lot easier in Part 2. Throw money to lure her out of the place she's in (otherwise you'll activate the scene). She is invincible to being attacked, but still has some basic AI instead of being unresponsive (you can even scare her into running away). After getting her on the stairs go about two hundred and fifty meters away and come back. When you start the scene the Trickster is still underwater, but Ezio will still react to "the Trickster killing a couple with a bomb". The target is no longer invincible, but since she was already dead the memory corridor scene doesn't start. This is very similar to when I killed the Deacon early with a bomb.

Instant Kill
Get close enough that you are almost in the area to start the scene. Take out a heavy weapon and throw it at the target (a bomb would probably also work). By activating the scene the target is no longer invincible and is killed. The memory corridor scene starts as a result of the game recognizing the Trickster as a target. This is considered an early death since it wasn't intended that you be able to assassinate her until after the scene.

Getting Under the Map
By getting under the map you can see the Trickster is fallen a long way down. The game doesn't measure distance by height, so we don't know how far down. Here's how to get under the map:
Go the the place shown on the map in the video. When you climb up the dome of the building you can glitch through and fall beneath the ground. You can also get back on the map. Just swim to where there are boats in shallow water.
Climbing up one of the boats glitches you above the ground. There's also another thing. There appears to be a door under the water. It looks like it's glowing, just like when you can interact with a door. Hmm...

I think 100 metres is the required distance, rather than 250 metres. It was at least in Yusuf's OOB Adventures.

Once when I was trying TINS on a character on stairs I went a little over 200 meters away and it didn't work. Then I went farther and it worked. The distance might depend on some variables, I haven't tested it out much.

Yeah, I suppose it does. For me it was just over 100 metres in that particular memory with those particular stairs. Could've been because your stairs were more of an environmental thing (mine were part of a landmark) that they stayed longer.
