This is a video of me doing preassassination stunts on Jacobo found out by Aurllcooljay. When Jacobo is reanimated he seems to take fighting stance for some strange reason.

Jacobo Lives: Jacobo can be reanimated if you are attacked while performing a kill animation on him.(he can only be attacked if you quit and restart the game, he can't be attacked after it shows the scene) Either wait to be attacked or poison someone to do this. For this to be successful you need to be hit right after the kill animation starts. Once Jacobo is reanimated you can attack him with your fists, blade, poison blade and throwing knives. You can also grab, tackle, shove and steal. If you move him out of the interaction zone he will teleport back on the ground unless you are currently grabbing him.
Superfast blitz without the scene: Jacobo is prestaged behind Ezio right before he appears on the ground.(this doesn't happen when it first shows the scene, only if you quit and restart after the scene) You can see him prestaged if you hold down the weapon selection button before the game loads. Sometimes you can kill him right after the loading screen by tapping the attack button while moving in his direction, but usually he will teleport before you can. If you manage to do this it won't show the assassination scene unless you go to the spot where he is supposed to appear and press the attack button.
Normal Blitz: This also can only be done if you quit and restart because where you appear after the scene is a different place than where you appear if you quit and restart. During the loading screen run and tap the jump button. When the area loads Ezio will already be jumping. If you jump in the right spot you can get Jacobo pretty fast.
