Il Duomo's Secret (Hidden Areas)
The purpose of this video is to show you the secret locations inside the Assassins Tombs. There are 2 in each tomb to my knowledge. Note they do not count towards 100%
The first one is located at around 4:00
The second chest is located around 5:00
Yes, the Auditore Crypt has secret areas. I only found one towards the end. If I were you, Jack, I'd play through the Crypt. Once you do, you can actually flip switches that re-opens the gates that shut you off from each completed run. I'd just scan each area from top to bottom, making sure you keep track of each nook and cranny. Good luck with it, though! 
I have the auditore DLC and I have found both treasures on it, its the DLC that isnt free that I am only just getting up to

Those are the two on the upper level when you have to swim under the gate, correct?
Yea stab guy asked me to post these so they can be front paged. I will post one a day. I have rented out the EU version so I can finally play the DLC, so I might even post those too

I'm just gonna have to get the DLC the old-fashioned way... by paying for it.

Although I do enjoy exploring the tombs.
