Anonymous Blitz
Without a lock, Ezio will throw a knife in the last direction of travel. Look over Ezio's head to fine tune your aim.

Viewpoint Assassinations
The target starts the mission near the viewpoint, but then proceeds toward the other end of the court - walking back and forth along an L-shaped path that is too far from the viewpoint to do much. However, if you act quickly, you can reach the top of the nearby viewpoint and perform some fun assassinations on the banker while he is within range.

Parachute Air Assassination
I wait until the Banker walks past the corner of the column base before jumping to ensure that I can lock on for the air assassination. If you jump too early, you will overshoot and you won't be able to lock onto the target....

Parachute Drop Stunt
If you overshoot, you can still drop down for an assassination if you time it right.

Viewpoint Stunt
Jump from the viewpoint, land on the rail, and air assassinate. I had lost a few bars of health from an earlier stumble (not shown in the video). I nearly desync on this stunt, which gave an unexpectedly nice slomo kill animation. I may intentionally use this trick in the future.

Eagle Strike
I jump directly away from the side of the viewpoint to precisely control the aim. Ezio dies if he misses catching the ledge.

Stunt
Unlike the previous assassinations from the viewpoint, you can take your time in setting up this stunt.

Long range spear
Unlike other weapons, long weapons are never sheathed, so you can pick them up even if you quietly kill the guard that holds it. I use this as an opporunity to kill the target at a distance. Looks like it hurt, too. Spears don't have any effect beyond a certain distance, which I think is limited to 20 meters. Ezio will step forward as he throws the spear, so I initiate this throw at 21 meters. By the time he releases the spear, the distance is at 20 meters.

It's great to see you still making videos. Some of us thought you might have retired or something. Keep up the good work. Beer Beer Beer Beer Beer

thx. initial thoughts: the acb assassination missions are highly scripted, giving you very little opportunity to try interesting things. as far as main assassination targets go, i think acb is the weakest of the series. most characters arent interesting, and there is little flexibility in mission design. the banker mission looks to be the main exception. we'll see... maybe in a few weeks i'll change my mind.

Amazing variety pack as usual Smile I think this mission is one of the best and it's most open to a variety of stunts, as you've proven.

yes, this mission was a pleasant surprise. i have a mysterious death in the works for this entire memory ("in and out"), too.

Excellent work, Ian!
I love it (as always) and the effort really shows.
Eagle Strikes have always been really cool, and the Anonymous Blitz, was pretty awesome, to say the least.

Good work, Ian; I really enjoyed it. Your throwing knife exploit was so quick I blinked and missed it!

Now I'm going to go apply copious amounts of brain bleach to wipe that picture of Juan Borgia from my mind. Sick

Practice from AC2 I suppose, loads of blitzes like Vieri use throwing knives.

Really great start to ACB, I wonder how you will do the coliseum...

Nicely done! I don't know how you do that free aim knife kill so fast, it takes me forever to get Ezio oriented properly and even then it's usually off by an inch.

I've yet to try throwing spears at anybody yet so maybe i'll try it here.

thx! i dont know if its cuz the banker is fat or what, but ive been very successful in aiming knives at this guy. i have a 75% success rate (3 out of 4), which surprised me while shooting takes for the blitz.

Nice video!

Man, I love throwing spears. Sometimes I'll find myself a spear and kill my way across Rome with it, which no particular goal in mind other than having a great time. Big smile
